SQL에서 foreach문을 쓰다보면 다음과 같은문제가 발생하기도 한다.

operator does not exist: character varying = bigint
  Hint: No operator matches the given name and argument types. You might need to add explicit type cast

foreach문의 파라미터가 따옴표가 빠진채로 들어가니 |'| 를 앞뒤로 넣어줘 String형태로 맞춰주면 해결된다.
